6+3 .. anyone else having a October baby :)

New to mumsnet so not sure how it works yet..

I'm 6+3 today too. I was even brave and phoned the drs. Apparently the midwife will call in the next few weeks. So glad I was worked up about making the call [hmmm]

I had an ultrasound scan today; most amazing feeling to see the tiny heart beating! Lol i'm so excited ?? and it does feel like ages. :-( ..

Btw iv got extreme miscarraige paranoia; anyone in same boat? I guess its because it will be our first child and really really want this.

Hi Fatty12 I am also due in October, worked it out to be 22nd Oct from our IVF egg collection dates! Congratulations on your BFP and on your scan, can't wait to get to that point! I also have extreme paranoia about MC so can be paranoid together!

Fatty12 yes, I have the extreme paranoia of mmc. This is my first after ttc for 13 months. I'm 40 in May so not sure how many other opportunities I'll get. I'm 6+3 also, and have a scan booked for Saturday. I live abroad with private healthcare so I can scan as often as I like. Although I think BUPA might start to think I'm taking the p if I go every week

My second child due on 26th October. Found out this weekend. 4 weeks 6 days. Nervous!!!

Yes reckon I'm 5+4 if my maths are working. Due 21st October (ish) just want 8 weeks to come around so I can see a midwife and know what the hell is going on. 1st time, unplanned pregnancy . Completely confused.

I am 6+1 and due on 18th Oct.

I just can't wait to first get to 8 weeks (midwife) then 12 (scan) so I can maybe start to relax a bit!

Have gone from stressed out paranoia due to no symptoms (2nd pregnancy and had loads of sickness etc with my first) to thinking it may be twins as I am now suddenly huge - not sure I'm going to manage to hide it much longer. Anybody else showing early second time around?

There must have been something in the air about the conception date for us all to be due on the 18th!!! Hahaha!!!

I think I'm due 24 October - currently around 5+5. I'm absolutely terrified though. My pregnancy past reads like a list of everything that can possibly go wrong. I've had 2 MMC (one in 2009 at 12 weeks and one just before Christmas at 8 weeks), one healthy DS born full term by ELCS as he was footling breech, one DS stillborn for unknown reasons at 36+5 in 2012, and another DS born premature by EMCS in 2013 (luckily without long-term complications other than 6 weeks in hospital) at 30+5. During that pregnancy I got diagnosed with Hashimoto's, so I'm on thyroid medications, and it now seems that I've also developed anti d antibodies somewhere along the line. I'm terrified of something going wrong. Have my first doctor's appointment in a week, when I should hopefully be 6+5....

Hi all I'm going to join the October bus only just got my BFP yesterday! Rather annoying considering ive been testing every week since i was due AF on Jan 29th!

Based on last AF i should be Due Oct 8th so am 8+2 and yes very very paranoid about mc as I had a cp back in October
