Hi all I'm brand new here and have been avidly reading about a million posts with interest/amusement/fear. I'm 6 weeks tomorrow with my 1st, I knew I was pg pretty much straight away (ANGRY moods, gas, hungry all the time and cramps for about a week). This continued until about week 5 but now I really only have slightly sore breats, probably hungry more than usual but not much else and now I'm paranoid something has gone wrong. I spoke to DH about an early scan but he doesn't think it's necessary (I am a self-confessed hypochondriac). MF app is 17th March, should I try and get a sooner one? Would like similar symptons stories please!

Oh love, you really need to try to relax. First time pregnancy is hard - full of worries etc... but some people have no early symptoms. First MW appointment is just form filling etc so no point trying to bring it forward - ours won't see you till at least 8 weeks anyway.

I was exactly the same. Only symptoms are sore boobs, tiredness and hunger. I also had really bad pain at 5+2. I worried so much I booked an early scan for when I was 8 weeks and turns out it was all fine. I'm 10 weeks now so still early days but the worry really eased off after that early scan so it was worth it for me x

I'm almost 6 weeks and I'm tired and occasionally slightly queasy but that's about it. I keep testing myself with cheap internet pregnancy tests for reassurance, it's daft. Anyway, seeing as this is my third and I know how hard things are going to get, I am trying to enjoy the fact that I don't feel awful, but I am actually looking forward to some discomfort just to feel pregnant. I'll be eating my words in a few weeks though I'm sure :)

Thanks for replying, it does help to know I'm not the only one! This is way worse than the 2 week wait!
