38+4 and have been back n forth for monitoring for reduced movement. After an internal today my cervix was far back and unfavourable for induction at this stage.
I've got to go back wed for monitoring again and another internal to check what my cervix is like. Has anyone had this and had a change within 48hrs? Anyone any ideas how I can soften the cervix (I've already been taking raspberry leaf and taking evening primrose both orally and internally). They r reluctant to start induction if cervix not favourable as it's likely it will fail and I'd end up with a section.
Obviously with reduced movement they won't put off induction too long but has anyone been induced with an unfavourable cervix and managed to have a normal delivery???
I'm so mad at my body at the minute for not playing ball
