Flu jab?

Hi, I had my booking in app today & my midwife mentioned having the flu jab. She did say it was coming to the end of season but to have it anyway. With all the talk in the media at the moment of it not working on the majority of people, is it worth me getting it done? Have you had it done? I am 10 w 2 by the way. X

It's also worth noting you can catch flu at any time of year, not just the winter months. Don't be fooled you only get it between October to March! Worth getting the vaccine IMO.

Well I took the advice of the majority and got the flu jab today. Thanks for the responses, I suppose the media will always twist things to make a story. Here's to me being (hopefully) flu free!
