Tupe mat pay

I was tuped from Company A to Company B a few years ago. Under my tupe my maternity pay transfers from A but maternity policy is now B. B are now denying that my tupe maternity pay is what is stated in As maternity policy (helpfully under the section entitled Maternity Pay). I have evidence of tupe contract but I'm a bit concerned that B are saying this. Has anyone experienced similar? / got advice?

I assume ot is enhanced maternity pay you are taking about? Is it a maternity policy or part of your employment contact? If its part of your contract then company b will need to comply (unless you have subsequently signed a contract with company b) so raise a grievance arguing breach of contract.

If its a policy, then company b probably won't need to comply as it probably isn't a contractual right.

Contact union/CAB or a solicitor. TUPE is messy!
