I'm booked in to have the whooping cough jab tomorrow at my local doctors, but I haven't been offered it at my hospital appointments.

I asked the doctor at the hospital last week, but she didn't know they were being offered.
Totally confused now, should I have the Jab or not.

...and dd was fine after her jab. The rotavirus drops made her stroppy though: they must taste vile from her face!! Shock

It's been offered as there has been increased incidences and newborns are high risk.

Scuse the grammar

I had the Jab done on Friday, the injection itself didn't hurt, but my arm was quite painful for a few days.

That evening I had a bad stomach and back ache. don't know if it was related to having the Jab. .
Had a lie down and it felt better.

I had a look online and someone else had said they had the same symptoms as me. Confused Confused
All fine today, so glad I had it done, as I would never have forgiven myself if my baby caught whooping cough.
