cold remedies?

Im 24 weeks and have a cold, feeling rough as have had a urine infection as well. Can I take a beechams blackcurrent drink cold/flu remedy

I also have a really bad cold, cant sleep and my throat is so so sore and raw. I called the drs surgery today and asked what I can take. Beechams have ibuprofen in it which we cant take. Try a few scoops of honey and a slice of lemon in hot water. It helped me a little. And paracetamol as long as its not taken to often. I have vicks too. Hope u feel better soon :) nothin worse. X

U can only take paracetamol. Nothing else xx

No decongestants allowed. Hot water with honey & lemon or hot real lemonade with honey/brown sugar to help ease a sore throat and paracetamol.

Vaporub is ok.

I had a hot honey & lemon & slipped a teeny tiny bit of whisky in it & felt much better the next day!
