Chinese Gender Predictor

Has anyone ever used the Chinese Gender Predictor? Did you use it to help you decide which month/time of year to conceive to get the gender you wanted? If so, was it right?
Of course a baby is a blessing in itself and gender doesn't matter, it's just a bit of fun as I'm curious and struggling to sleep Confused
Thanks! Grin

I used every gender predictor going including this one and they've all predicted a boy but I'm having a girl, they're a load of rubbish!

Sex
Not gender

Just as I thought, hazel!
Oh for goodness sake. Sex, gender, whatever. You know what I meant either way.

It's so tempting to use the predictors though just out of interest! It's good for a bit of fun but yeah, I wouldn't take any notice! Grin

It told me boy with both of mine and they're girls, well I hope they are, dd2 is due in 2 weeks and there's a lot of panic buying to do if the sonographers got it wrong.

I've just tried this for my 3 DCs, just for fun. I got:

DS1 - Girl
DS2 - Boy
DD - Boy

So 1 out of 3 right Grin.

It was right for my DD Smile but didn't use it to try and predict a girl before conception, I just tried it when I was pregnant and I still spent the whole pregnancy convinced I was having a boy!

sarkymare · 12/02/2015 09:14

I did it when I was pregnant with DC1 and it was correct. It only has a 50/50 chance though so I could have flipped a coin and determined it that way.

The Chinese gender calendar is apparently supposed to be the only one with any kind of truth to it. I don't understand this though as doesn't the sperm determine the sex of the baby?

Littlehopeful · 12/02/2015 10:30

It was bollocks when doing my mum an sisters it got them all wrong

Alisvolatpropiis · 12/02/2015 18:39

I did it, turns out it was right but given there's a 50/50 chance I wasn't that surprised.

m33r · 12/02/2015 21:23

Told me a girl... Two sonographers have since told me boy who I hope are right or our blue nursery is big mistake Grin
