Now is the winter of our tummy troubles... reassurance please?

I've had stomach flu several times in the last month. Had diarrhea a few times, diarrhea and vomiting this time, don't think I had any fever either time. I suspect 2.5 year old DD brought these bugs home from daycare. I'm at 16+5, and worried for the baby. Please give me some reassurance, somebody...

As long as your trying to stay hydrated - even just sips of water baby should be fine. I've have HG & still throw up at 29 weeks & I've had no complications it's just me that feels like crap 24/7. I had weeks in the beginning where is throw up 20 times a day couldn't keep anything down etc - just try rest & sip water
