17 weeks and cant shift headache...

Ive had a terrible dull headache for 3 days now and its making me feel awful. Could it be blood pressure? Xx

Are you stressed? I used to suffer from tension headaches and last week, at 17w, I had a headache for 8 days.
I mentioned it to my midwife and she said see Dr or get my eyes tested. I know I am not dehydrated as have been making sure I am drinking plenty of fluids, my BP was fine.

A tip to try - 2 x paracetamol and a can of full fat coke (40mg Caffeine, so well within the 200mg allowance).

Are you taking vits? I was having a lot of headaches when I was not taking them making me think I was run down?

Can you afford a massage? might help? especially if it is neck/shoulder/back tension?

Cold compress on neck and warm compress on your forehead? or vice versa?

Could it be your sinuses? is your nose blocked? maybe a saline nasal spray would help?

Obviously all the usual stuff of drink plenty and sleep enough (but not too much) and eat small regular balanced meals.
