I'm only 13 weeks but feel like I'm eating loads. I'm only eating when I feel hungry, which admittedly is often but trying to keep my snacks healthy. For example a typical day would be
cereal when I first get up for breakfast
Porridge when I get to work
Banana and a cereal bar mid morning
Sandwiches and crisps for lunch
Fruit and a yogurt for afternoon snacks
Crackers and cream cheese when I get home about 5ish
Then normal dinner normally something chicken based with rice and veg
I can't eat wheat so struggle for things to keep me full
My friend who is a guy, keeps making comments about how much I'm eating and that im going to put on loads of weight and I've stretched my stomach now so will eat more. I try to not to take it personally but am already worried about how much I'm having. Is this too much or am I being sensitive?
