Do most Health Authorities do a gestational diabetes test? I've read that they are usually done at about 28 weeks. I don't have another ante-natal appointment until November now. Whats the norm?

You don't need one unless there's a reason. If you've had a big baby before or if glucose shows up in your urine sample for example.

Lots of areas do a random blood glucose test at 28weeks. They do where I live.
