Was the cyst on your Ovaries? If so it sounds like normal pains.
I've had 2 ruptured ovarian cysts in the past, bloody agony!
How are you now?

It was a bartholomews cyst, the midwife and doctor who drained it said they'd rarely seen such a big one and childbirth will be 'a doddle after this'. I must have fell asleep last night but feeling much better this morning. Not felt baby move yet though he/she usually wakes me up at 6 each morning. Got hospital appt to check all ok on Monday so fingers crossed. Thanks for the kind words.

I haven't had a cyst drained but had a 4cm one which ruptured recently and had period type pains for weeks and weeks afterwards. Hope you feel better soon

Thanks, this was about the same size as a satsuma and was agony I couldn't even sit up just lie down with a pillow between my legs! So dignified lol. The pains have eased up a lot this morning but still no kicks from baby Sad if I don't get any soon I may begin to panic Confused
