Anyone used the belly bandit wrap after birth? did it work? trying to decide if it's worth spending the money!

I loved mine! I got one second hand when I was living in the US, they're ubiquitous there and so it was only $10! I wasn't thinking about baby number 2, or how I wouldn't be able to easily get one in the UK, so I gave it away to a friend there before I left - really wish I hadn't! The second hand ones here regularly go for £30 (!!) here on eBay. I couldn't imagine doing without one so I went ahead and got a medium and a small. I got both sizes this time as last time I shrunk out of the medium really quickly and wished I'd had a small as well. I justifying the stupid financial outlay as I know that I'll be able to sell them on easily and for a good amount.

Just to add, my love of it wasn't really to do with the whole 'slimming' quality (although that was nice) it was really the tummy and back support. Tummies after birth just feel weird and I felt so much more comfortable with it bound. It also provided nice back support for all the endless breastfeeding.

No, it's just something that you wear around your waist, it's not underwear. Just like any other item of clothing that you'd wear next to your torso.
