Ovaltine ?? (The choc one!)

Just brought some chocolate ovaltine as really fancied it!
Looked on the pack and it says it contains vitamin A- amongst other vitamins-
So does this mean i shouldn't have it as it contains vitamin A?
Or is the vitamin A we are meant to avoid when pregnant only from things like liver?
I'm confused!

Anything is spot on, go and enjoy your Ovaltine. The issue with liver is the high levels of vitamin A.

Oh I love the choc Ovaltine - yum! Might have to have one in a mo! (But means getting out of bed - am having a lovely lie in!)
