Waters broke half an hour ago

Excited and also shaking like a leaf! They popped at 4.44am exactly, as I got up to go to the loo and have been leaking ever since. Mild pains now too. DC3. Due tomorrow but looks like it could be today Smile quick shower and call to maternity ward who would like me to go for assessment once Dh gets home from work (he had to leave just as this all started but will be home asap) sat in bed on a bin bag with a brew and toast.

Thanks everyone for the messages of support. It is so frustrating knowing that I may still be waiting until Tuesday to be induced. Will keep bouncing and trying to stay positive.

Baby arrived at 12.28am today, weighing 9ib2. Induction wasn't needed in the end. Lots of ginger hair. I can't stop smilingGrin
