I wish I had a magic cure but I am still searching. I find peppermint mints help me. Also got told to sniff lemons.
Sorry I am still suffering myself and unfortunately I haven't found anything that really works. :/
How far along are you? X

I have been told Ginger beer but I doubt I will keep it down. I was sick because of drinking water earlier. Am feeling horrendous.

I am 10weeks now. How about you?

Xx

The only way I got through it was finding something I could stomach and just doing my best. Eat smooth, bland foods so if you do throw it back up, it's not too gross. I found drinking lemon in hot water and sniffing peppermint essential oils on a handkerchief helped. Brush your teeth loads, too. It staves off hunger pangs, I find.

It's awful! I was really sick with DD, I lost about 10lb during my pregnancy because I just couldn't eat proper meals. Good luck!

The things that helped me were acupressure bands, acupuncture and sucking sherbet lemons (my dentist will be rubbing her hands together). Ginger biscuits/tea etc didn't touch the sides. I found I did much better with bland carbohydrates than proteins. Hope it passes for you soon - horrible, isn't it?

Yes it's the worst! I was fussy with what I could eat on my daughter, and same with this pregnancy until now but I actually can not stomach anything! Yuck!! I'm such an eater normally too hahaha. I'm so exhausted and can't keep iron supplements down so am feeling pretty useless! Moan moan moan hehe. I will try the acupressure bands though, thank you xx

Still nauseous at 27 weeks, worsens throughout the day to the point that I just want to sleep to overcome it in the evening. I started out having a light lunch and an early dinner, at which point it was horrendous by bedtime. I have since found that snacking little and often throughout the day keeps it bearable. Sipping on cold water, ginger beer (very small sips) or lemonade help enormously.

Baked potatoes have been something I can stomach when I am feeling rough. Tonic water seems to help too. Ginger crunch biscuits are another. Sorry you are feeling rubbish, totally sympathising with you, I am having good days and then all of a sudden a day like today where I feel like I have motion sickness. Am 15 weeks tomorrow, hoping it goes away soon!

I don't think I will cope feeling so unwell right through my pregnancy! :( hopefully it improves soon xx
