Need a little advice

I'm 31+4 with my 1st and starting to panic that I'm not organised enough.

I'm still working 50 hours a week and will be until I'm 36 wks so struggling to find the time to do anything. feeling rubbish, struggling to get comfortable, can't sleep, appetite gone and sickness back after only giving me a few weeks off!

I feel like I'm going into panic mode! I've got anti natal classes booked for march (earliest they could fit me in) but I literally have no idea what to expect, what the procedures are, how to write a birthing plan, what needs to be on it etc! my biggest worry is, what if I go into labour before my classes, I will be clueless!

I'm sure I'm not alone but sort of feels like it. Most have friends who can advise but I'm the first of my friends to have a baby and my family live abroad and just tell me to get on with it!

can anyone give me some advice please.

My birthing plan for DS was a blank sheet of paper. The midwife in the delivery suit asked me if I had any plan and I said "get the baby out safely, avoiding a CS if at all possible". That was it. You don't need one. You can make decisions as you go along during labour.

You will not be clueless. If you are confused about anything during labour just ask and they will explain and give you all the options.

In my experience, you will know just as much about labour by reading Mumsnet and other internet sites as you would from going to an ante natal class, don't worry.

It will all be fine, I promise.
