There's a person at work causing me stress. Today he was working on something and as a direct result I will end up working every weekend including all week for couple of months. Basically he said I was in wrong for disagreeing with.him and I just said fine just disagree, but he refuse to accept we disagreed. Was so upset he wouldn't drop it when asked several times I was shaking. Worried after mc last year about getting stressed. Wondering if should change jobs now to avoid it. I have never argued with work am usually laid back but this guy is a dog with a bone.

Does work know you are pregnant? You definitely need to talk to your boss about it. It's only work....and the health of you and your baby is so much more important.

No, not telling work until absolutely necessary as issues a different company when I mc. Work I male dominated area.

Oh dear that's a tricky situation then. If you just refused to do the work (because you actually want a life!) what would happen?

hestialou · 03/02/2015 19:57

French what would happen? Fail objectives of team, but I feel that as a team should've managed expectations and completed two weeks later with no impact on anyone

To top it off horrendous sickness tonight after two whole days with only marginal nausea.

Poor you :-((

But only you know your situation, I personally would tell my boss or HR and whether that makes things worse for you I don't know but you shouldn't be made to feel you need to find another job because your pregnant and the stress of the workload and your arse of a colleague makes you feel like that's your only option.... So much for being a team eh. They are bound legally to look after you so the sooner you tell them the better, im pretty sure it gives you more rights.

Mgr spoke to him 9am...said he was to apologise...not heard a peep from him.
We are all temps so now rights...
