I had the worst day and night of my life last night, had really heavy bright red blood bleeding at around 4pm went straight to A&E they did a blood and urine test both came back fine at 9pm soaked a pad in that time and feared the worst, they wouldn't do a scan and booked me in for an early scan this morning (didnt sleep a wink) and felt awful in shock and there baby was somersaulting on the the screen and heartbeat and stretching and kicking its little legs! I cannot tell you the relief I felt and the happiness too. The blood slowed down and has pretty much stopped, a little there when I wipe but not like I had yesterday. Didn't pass any clots or have any pain so that kept me hopeful, I just wanted to share my story to give anyone in the same situation hope! I have my 12 week scan in a couple of days and so glad, hope its all ok.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Aww bless you!!! This happened to my SIL and the sonographer found a clot in her womb/uterus...Did they say what caused the bleeding. So glad everything was ok!!!!

They said everything looked fine and didnt know what caused it, they said sometimes people just have random bleeds throughout pregnancy, I was so scared. X

Aww! I am so happy for you that everything is good, i know how scary it can be, unfortunately i had a MC in June last year and the wait in A&E is unbearable, you feel like no one is doing anything! But luckily i am pregnant again and at 24w1d everything is good :D Bleeding is definitely more common in pregnancy than people are made to believe! X
