Back pains and freeking out!!

So this is my first pregnancy and haven't seen the docs yet due to no appointments for a couple of weeks, I'm around 5 weeks. Just wondered if anyone experienced back pains in the lower back and it was fine, I seems to have random pains all over the place and everything I google is just freeking me out : (

i had horrendous back ache every night in the middle of the night. woke me up all the time. had to take painkillers and hot water bottle. i was assured it was totally normal. think it is everything stretching to hold the baby.

can sympathise though even when told was normal i still dobted it as the pain was so bad. pumping sometimes relieved it a bit it wasn't trapped wind though.

I had really bad backache in those first few weeks of pregnancy, similar to when I'm on my period. It's quite common. I used hot water bottles to provide some relief. Your body has a lot of adjusting to do. Try not to worry about all the little twinges or you'll drive yourself crazy!
