Any tips how to ease the appearance of both? I've been using bio oil but they're really bad and literally everywhere except my face! It's kinda getting me downHmm

I've got some parmer cocoa butter too, might be worth a try? I'm too early for pregnancy stretchmarks but I already have them thanks to losing weight fast in the past and they and bio oil helped then.

I dont think there is much you can do during pregnancy besides trying to prevent.

For stretch marks the basic is mosturization of the skin combined with gentle skin massage and stretching when working the product in.

Bio oil is based on petrolatum and that is actually not moisturizing substance. I woul highly avoid any petrolatum -crude based product not only while pregnant.

I have created my bump mix oil from combo of sweet almond oil, avocado oil, wheatgerm oil, baobab oil and liquid vitamin E with a drop of lemon essential oil for scent.

Especially wheatgerm and baobab are recommended as strech marks remedies.

For varicose veins all you can do is wear compress stocking.

Forgot to add, i am alternating the oil mix with just pure shea butter, which also works great, i feel the skin is moisturized hours after application- perhaps longer than from the oils.
