Rash after vaccinations

I took my 9 week old DD for her 8 week vaccinations yesterday. She was grumpy after, and very sleepy ( slept 7.30pm- 10am with 2/3 feeds). I've just changed her nappy and she has a rash ( pictured) on her tummy and her lady parts. Should I be concerned? Is this normal? First time mum and a little concerned.

I wouldnt worry too much, babies and children sometimes get rashes, have you done the glass test? Im sure its nothing though. Try sudocreme on it or if you are overly worried speak to your hv or gp about it.
