Tahrs it really, interested in hearing on an average day what you are eating? I keep worrying I am consuming too much!!
Yesterday I ate:
Porridge
Slice of toast
Fruit and veg nutribullet smoothie
An Eccles cake
Pasta with cheese/bacon
Chicken pie and mash with veg
An orange
A bowl of cereal in the eve
None were large portions as I can't eat huge amounts so much now, this is also quite an unhealthy day for me as normally there would be less cheese and pastry but gives an idea on quantity!!
Anyone care to share an average day? I am 34 weeks and moderately active I would say!
