Advanced Due Date Calculator

Hello, I came across this advanced due date calculator at www.yourduedate.com/?advanced -- does anyone have experience with it? I have a different result from the due date I calculated using the "normal" method.. Is there any theory on this method available?

It makes me due 2 days early. I wish! I'm expecting to be late as I was with my first.

I can't remember the date of my last period so can't do it for this baby but entered all the details for my first daughter and it put me 2 days before her due date which was right!

Wow! I had my first baby 21 years ago, but because he was my first I remember the date my period started in that cycle. I put the details in to this (using 2014 instead of 1993!) and it came out with his actual birthday. Not his due date, which was five days later, but the day he was born. Impressive.

This makes me 3 days early, but puts my conception date exactly what I thought it should be. Very clever.

It gave me a due date a whole month earlier because I have had a PROM and miscarriages... My PROM was my first baby, I have had another three since then and my pregnancies have got longer each time. I can't see how I'll go a month early this time so we shall wait and see, lol.

Mine says 4 days later than my NHS date which is exactly when I do feel ill give birth. They didn't seem to take my 30 day cycles into consideration when timing me which I found odd...

Mine also puts me at 4 days after my EDD calculated from 12 week scan, which is closer to my own estimated dates and matches up better to what we could see on my early scans. Interested to see whether it's right!

I'm wondering what higher education has to do with anything. I can't imagine that going/not going to uni will have any affect of gestation at all.

I did it for my DS and I got December 10th he was born on the 7th. I didn't input weight or height though as I haven't got a clue how tall or heavy I am.

I've just done it my due date by scans is 26th Feb according to this I'll have my baby on 14th Feb so I shall let you know if this is correct or not. I'm not overly convinced it will be right tho as I went over with my other 2 children

Am due 6th feb. I've joked with DH that I've decided on 8th February as day baby will be born, that website (using 3 of the calculations including advanced) has estimated birth will be on the 7th.

I'll kick back and relax till then!

(I just don't want to be induced like DD was at 40+12!)

Interesting! If all goes well with this pregnancy (6 weeks and by symptoms!) baby would come on my dd 4th bday!

sarky I would assume it uses it as a shorthand for social class.

It gives me the same due date as LMP does if you take into account my cycles, & which scan agreed with. So not very exciting.

This give my due date as 8th March which is close the date using first day of last period, the scan changed my date to the 30th March. Will be interesting to see how things go. The doctors have said I wont be getting to go past the scan due date though due to BP problems.
