Yes. Nothing is more important than your health. X

Yes, do it! I had to at 18 weeks I think and it did me the world of good.

If you were bad enough to self-cert this week then speak to a doctor and see if they will sign you off (the may or may not but also might have something to help).

Yes, definitely. I'm sick and exhausted and been off for 9 weeks! I couldn't possibly work. Take care of you and your little bean xx

Im currently having this problem. Slightly different symptoms. My work will not accept sick notes. I dont know why... I dont know how, they are one of the big 6 energy companies so a massive place. But while they accept your going to be off they still say "just come in if you feel up to it" and dont accept the sick note when you go back in. The makes me anxious and I have been going in anyway. If your work accepts sick notes then please go for it. You only get one chance to look after you and your baby during this time xx

Yes! If you're questioning whether you should be off work then you SHOULD be off work. If you were fit for work you'd happily go in! Exhaustion / tiredness will make nausea worse.

With any luck you'll start to feel a lot better once you get properly into the second trimester and you can go back to work in a week or two...
