Pregnancy limbo

Hi all

I am nearing 14 weeks after a very good and healthy 13 week scan. The thing is with my symptoms mostly gone (nausea gone, breasts only slightly sore, constipation gone) and a bump yet to appear I just don't feel confident I am still pregnant and am terrified I will find out I've had a miscarriage at 20w scan. Of course I have told everyone now and that makes me panic more......has anyone else felt like this?

I didn't feel pregnant until I started getting movement around 18 weeks, even with listening to the heartbeat at 16 weeks. Am now 23 weeks :)

Very normal to feel like this. The placenta takes over so symptoms can disappear! I was like this too but started to feel little popping movements at 16 weeks. I'm now 37 weeks!
