I'd left it longer than i intended to anyway, but now I'm being induced earlier than planned.

Is there any point in my buying any tomorrow? - I'd like to try

How many cups should I have each day?

Can you over do it and drink too many?

Think your meant to have it over a few weeks so yes there's probably No point now

If you're having it as a tea it's really healthy as a drink even after labour so just go for it! Good for blood loss, lots of vitamins and apparently good for milk production too! It doesn't induce labour as such anyway but tones the uterus, you might be a bit late to try it for that but never mind.

www.pekoetea.co.uk have a lovely loose leaf version, you put 3-5g into your pot/cup, brew for 3mins with boiled (100degree) water and that's it!
