Sweep and induction

Hi

I'm being induced Friday at 38+1, I'm seeing my midwife tomorrow do you think she will do a sweep?

I think it probably varies a little bit from area to area. I didn't get offered a sweep until I was 40+1. I have my second sweep tomorrow (40+8) and then if need be I'll be induced on Saturday (40+12). If you're being induced early, they may well do a sweep in advance, since you're over the 37 week mark. Wouldn't hurt to ask!
