Trapped wind at work, painful!

Really bad trapped wind at work, hurts to sit down and I have a desk job.. Any tips?!

A walk outside for 20-30 mins or Google a yoga move to do (maybe in the bathroom if you have open plan office!)

Haha I had this too before Mat Leave and was wincing while sat at my desk. I found regular little walks helped, was farting like a trooper as I did but boy did it feel better! If you have a desk job it's a good idea to take regular short walks if poss to avoid swollen feet too.

Thanks, forgot to mention I'm about 7 weeks.. Also have had brown light spotting this week and today. Was in hospital last week for suspected ectopic which was ruled out, due another scan on Monday... I'm pretty sure this is digestive/wind pains but can't help worrying!

Deflatine! It says to check with a doctor if you are pregnant so I did and mine said it is fine. (Check with a mw or doctor yourself to be sure though)

Get on all fours, knees and elbows and rock back and forth! This helped me before!

On floor,all fours but kneeling back like a cat stretching,and wait for results.
Not in the middle of the office though.....

Or....any way of finding something warm to hold on your belly?

Also try touching your toes then breathing out as you reach up as high as you can. I always found that worked best with trapped wind. Couple it with some peppermint tea. Smile

It's really crap though - hope it works it's way out soon!
