How do I go about it, mines an arse who doesnt give a crap tbh and Im not happy!

I would talk to your GP - they should know the ropes in your area (and presumably will have reffered you in the first place). You can then give your GP feedback on the referral!

My midwife has changed my consultant for me today with no problems at all. She just wrote in my notes 'Patient requests to change to Dr ....' and told reception for me and that was that! Didn't have to give a reason or anything. I'd ask a friendly midwife to start off with.

I also changed mine - he was a complete tosspot. I told the midwife I didn't like him and she wrote a letter for me and I chose another one. I did have nightmares that on the day he might be the only one on duty and remember me, but obviously in real life he probably didn't know me from Adam (or Eve). Really important to change if you are not happy.
