Anyone had a positive actim partus test? (pre labour)

Hi ladies When I was 29+3 I had really bad cramping down below, almost like period pain, coupled with bad back ache on my right hand side. I was having trouble peeing, so I called the MAU who suggested I may have a urine infection and to go to the walk in centre. My urine showed no infection so the doctor told me to go to the hospital (MAU). Got there and was put on the monitor, baby was wriggling away fine as normal. Apparently had 2 contractions whilst on the monitor, so after having a speculum, I had a positive actim partus (it's where they test the lining of the womb to see what fluid it is secreting). They basically said I was in pre term labour and put me on a drip to stop the labour. I was in hospital for 3 nights... out 2 nights and felt tightening but no pain. Ended up back in for 1 night under obs. I'm 30+5 now and just wondered what everyone elses stories were? I wish I knew if he'll arrive early or not. I'm not planning on finishing work for another 6 weeks!! Grin Hmm

I've never had one myself, but have performed lots of actim partus tests! Would frequently get positive ones, make women sit on the ward for 48hrs and nothing would happen so try not to worry too much xxx
