Pains?

Hello. I'm very new to all of this. First time pregnant. I kind of knew I was pregnant before I tested earlier this week, I'm just 4 weeks but already have swollen breasts, heartburn and sickness. The thing that concerns me is the pains/discomfort in the pit of my stomach for over a week. There has been no bleeding. Am I worrying over nothing? I've done 5 tests, the last of which was this morning and much stronger than the ones I did earlier in the week.
Help!

Crampy pains was my first symptom of pregnancy (along with excessive gas - sorry for TMI) which prompted me to take a pregnancy test. It sounds like implantation cramping. Those cramps continued on me for several weeks as my body was changing. I think hormones probably contribute to that as well.

Thank you. I am generally quite an anxious person so it is going to be a long pregnancy I think!

Pains are fine unless there's bleeding or debilitating.

I'm 7 weeks and have had no symptoms except for cramping.

Yes, cramps are totally normal. I cramped from 5 weeks for a full week. Xx

No bleeding. Just a constant dull ache. Xx

I'm 20 weeks 1st time pregnancy too. Ur symptoms are exactly how I found out I was pregnant. Period like pains (obviously no period) very sore breasts and acid reflux. Congratulations!

I too have very mild period type pain, very sore boobs and mild nauseous.
