I'm 4 weeks too. I know it's hard (I'm pg after 2 miscarriages last year) but try not to worry. Cramps are very common as everything starts to stretch. If you have any bleeding give your GP or EPU a call.

I'm a first timer & just over 25 weeks. In the early days I had a ton of symptoms/stuff going on & everything I googled/searched in the pregnancy books was in there so I just decided that during pregnancy everything is normal & just another side effect of pregnancy. If I worried and went to my midwife with everything she's be getting a restraining order! Unless the pain is severe & there's bleeding then I'd just write it off as everything is moving & growing & muscles relaxing etc to make room for a little baby SmileGrin

I had loads of cramps early on! That wa my main first symptom :) they used to wake me up on the night sometimes. I am now 13 weeks and all is well and still get cramps occasionally. Unless they are agonising an also have bleeding try not to worry as it is v normal as baby just settles in
