Hi ladies, does anyone else get this? One minute I'll feel normal, the next I get a wave of feeling sad/ low/ sorry for myself, then it just goes away. It normally happens a few times a day and often after eating. Any ideas? Xxx

I've had many many waves of sadness in first 12 weeks. Yesterday evening I cried 3 times and felt so depressed after having been fine all day. Today I feel okay, it comes and goes.

I think its just hormones but if it gets worse do see you MW as they have counselling services, I'm going to if it continues into 2nd trimester.

I've been having similar feelings, but these usually lead to arguments with the boyfriend so they don't go away as quickly as I like. I'm only 6 weeks so I dread to think what I'll be like later in the pregnancy.
