thinking of buying this - has anyone used one already or have any advice on car seats in general?

I've bought one of these but baby isn't due till march. We have a joie stages car seat for in the car but needed a barrier / spare seat. Will be interested to see any reviews from other mums! X

If you're still around, how has it been? Not due until the winter and we're in London so don't have a car, so the only reason to buy a car seat is coming home from hospital in a taxi, and when visiting new grandparents in the country. So I'm not keen on buying a really expensive one unless if this one is good.
