I'm sure I am not the only one.
I have been feeling really nauseas up until three days ago Now nothing! This is the right time for it to start disappearing but somehow it was reassuring to feel unwell, IYKWIM.
I say nothing, I have developed dull aching the last week in my lower back, hips and abdoman, I am hoping this is nothing sinister but you know, you can't help worrying.
I know this time of pregnancy the growth rate is faster (I am 14+5) and that is probably what it is and that I didnt damage anything when I went to my regular exercise class this week!
Doesn't help that my head is feeling that 5 weeks for the next scan is a long time :s

Round ligament pain is common during pregnancy. That might make your hips and abdomen hurt. Lower back pain is also common in pregnancy.

I'm 13+1. I worried when I didn't feel nauseous, too (in this pregnancy and my last one). You can't win- either you feel bad because you're nauseous, or you're worried that everything is ok. You're not the only one.

If it makes you feel any better, miscarriages this late are rare, especially if you've seen (or heard) a heartbeat on a previous scan. You're past most of the risk of miscarriage.

Lack of symptoms or having symptoms doesn't have anything to do with how healthy or unhealthy the pregnancy is, some people are just more sensitive to the hormones.

People have had morning sickness then lost the baby. I haven't had one single symptom and I'm only 7weejsbut this is also apparently fine.

Any 'damage' you may have done will not affect your baby as it would have to be something catastrophic to have a knock on affect to your baba. People have been in car crashes at the same time as you an continued with a healthy pregnancy :)
