Strong BH and shivery - something or nothing?

I'm 31 weeks. Knackered, shivery, getting v strong BH even though I'm lying down. Have been quite busy this morning, but not out of the ordinary and have been resting for a while now. Do I bother the MW or CTFO?

I would always err on the side of ring the midwife - better to ring unnecessarily than miss something important!

I agree, call the midwife. The BH alone could well be nothing, but shivery too needs to be checked . Probably you've just overdone it a bit and need to rest up, but always best to get checked out.

Thanks for replies. DH came home early and put toddler to bed so I could go have a nap and I feel much better now. Still feel a bit strange but think it was mostly tiredness.
