Nub theory?? Any guesses just for fun

Can anyone hazard a guess! If never even heard of this but I can't guess

I've just Googled Nub Theory and if the thing I can see is the nub then it's sticking out at less than a 30 degree angle from the spine so a girl? I think thats how it works.

I think boy, it has quite a few lines sticking out but 2 of them seem too low, which makes me believe the top one is more likely to be the nub (it still may not be) but if it is then its angled upwards so I think a boy :)
