Does your bump have lazy days? or patten change?

I am currently 28 weeks and bump has a good patten.
On sunday my bump patten went a bit quieter then normal. Monday I had a GTT and the midwife did a trace bump then woke up an went mad an kicked loads and was told she was fine.

But she still quiet now on the 3rd day, I am still getting kicks and things but her patten has changed she seems to be really active for 3 days then seems to go quiet on me and not as active for 3 days then wakes up again!
Anyone els have this? scares the poop out of me the little devil!

Mine has been like this since 22 weeks. 2 days "on" when he's moving all day and night long + 2 days "off" when he's quiet (I can still make him move a lot if I lay quietly on my side and stroke him). It drove me insane until my MW showed me, monitor in hand, everything was fine and how to recognise when there are mouvements (position change and "swish" stuff) but not obvious ones like kicks.
So I would not worry BUT I would still call if I could not feel him move after a 1 hour of quiet time.

Yer I can still feel her just not as obvious as her normal kicks more like a swish have to really pay attention on her quiet days :)

Yes my bump is very active 6 days then chills out for one , it always worries me when he does that ! Although he is active through the night also so I guess one night he is lively then chills for the day ! I am 36 weeks and he has always been like this . Smile

I have only felt proper kicks for the past 2 and a bit weeks, I am 21+2 and so far she has had 2 or 3 quiet days during this period! It is always when I have friends round or am talking lots (clearly boring her to sleep) but as soon as I get into bed at night she starts kicking! I think it is normal to get quiet days, annoyingly I worry that I might mistake something wrong for one of these quiet days in the future! So do get checked if you are worried :)

Same here .... my bump seems to sleep all night some nights too ... I find a glass of orange juice wakes her up though! AAlso try laying on your back and put your mI bile or remote on your tum and see if you don't get some wriggling underneath that you wouldn't notice without a 'weight' there ... my little one pushes it and makes it wobble so I'm seeing movement rather than feeling it!

My current pregnancy never has a quiet day. But when I was pg with dd she used to have very busy days followed by a day or two of quietness. I would often have to get the doppler out to reassure me she was still ok.
