I know I know in the grand scheme of things it's not that important but I'm already up 10kg at 23 weeks. I'm having her at 39 weeks so even if I gained sensibly from now on it's still looking at 20kg overall. I gained that last time and found it such a strain on my joints, knees, self esteem etc. I never lost it all so am starting from a higher point so am clearly going to end up even bigger this time. I hate it. There are rolls of fat everywhere and I am always sweating profusely!
How do people manage to not eat all the food all the time?! Fruit and veg makes my stomach turn and my diet is beige. I have no self control. I feel utterly disgusting. What can be done with me?!
