Due in April what have you brought so far??

Just wondering what lady's in April have brought so far I'm due the 6th first time mum, have you done your nursery's yet ect?
Would be good to see how planned people are I feel like I haven't planned anything yet!!

I'm due 12th April and so far we have a ton of clothes (given to us by niece and MIL's neighbour), 2 moses baskets and 2 baths (DP bought 1 of each then we got given the others from my aunty), pram (travel system with car seat), changing mat, bottle set with steriliser, bottle warmers etc, gro egg room thermometer, MIL has been buying us nappy bags, bath stuff, scratch mitts etc and that's about it!
We still live with my parents in a tiny box room so hoping to get somewhere to live before baby comes then we can get some more bits and pieces!

Lucky you two ladies with the new cars! So far we've got the cot, bottles, clothes (not a lot just a few bits) really.

But we already had pram breast pump and bouncer and jumparoo and everything from dc1 so not a huge amount to get really.

I'm planning on treating myself to a new wool liner for our pram and a nice sling.

I really need to get changing table for downstairs thinking of getting the type with a bath in it as we only have a shower at home!

This is baby no 6 so I have most big things and basic baby clothes.Im due end of March and just had delivery of things for me and baby first few weeks, sanitary products,breast pads, nappies and wipes and some calendula nappy cream. Only important thing left is nursing bras and still a few weeks left till I sort them out.

Im due on 23rd April and its my first. Part of me thinks ive gone quite mad and have bought far too much but at other times I panic that I havent even got started! This thread is so helpful though. Fab seeing what everyone is getting.
So far I have -

• Mothercare Expedior travel system - love it, the chassis is a gorgeous champagne colour and the actual pram/buggy bit is khaki green
• changing table (bargain from Gumtree)
• crib (another Gumtree bargain)
• Tommy Tippee bottle set
• various muslins and burping cloths, all from the sales
• onesies and vests in different sizes, range from newborn to 6 to 9 month. Again all from the sales
• terry nappies set with nappy nippas
• 10 tots bots v4s
• various wraps for terries, ebay bargains and sale stuff
• nappy bucket and mesh bag
• Weleda calendula nappy cream, I saw that Tesco had these to clear at £1.70 a pop so bought quite a few
• Burts Bees baby wash
• new car!

And thats it! Still need the crib mattress, sheets, cot, chest of drawers and curtains for bambinos room, steriliser, blankets, gro bags, swaddling cloths, scratch mittens, etc along with breast pads and all the bits and bobs I'll need. Hoping to BF so the bottles and steriliser would just be to occasionally express. Oh, add breast pump to the list!

I'm due at the end end of April with dc1. I've bought a few eBay bargains including: swing chair, Moses basket and stand, chicco next to me crib, groegg, baby monitor and a medela swing breast pump. I've also got a new car seat and been given loads of clothes ( team yellow). Got water wipes, scratch Mits, bibs, muslin cloths which are half price at boots! spent £300 so far so think I'm doing well! keep adding things suggested to my list!

I've literally got everything in the sale ; in due at the start of April.
I've got;
Moses basket
2 change matts (1 for upstairs 1 for downstairs)
A variety if gender neutral outfits in a variety if sizes.
Blankets and a shawl.
Play Matt
Bath set and towels
Bottles wipes and all the other toiletries.
Breast pump.
Dummies
And were very lucky were getting the travel system paid for by my fil
And the cot were getting In The sale.

Oo I e also got all the Muslins grow bags etc..

Yes I know I just wanted a thread for what people has brought mainly.

We also got the cot, changing unit, moses basket, mattress for cot, angel care monitor, baby bath, changing mat, oh and started stocking up on nappies during each weekly food shop!

A few clothing bits in older sizes (up to 12-18mnths so far )
Some booties in many sizes
A sterilliser
A few cute matress covers (for cot)
A waterproof matress cover (for cot)
A waterproof matress cover (our bed)
A breast pump and bottles (not really up to bf in public)
A nappy bag
14 muslins
A soft baby bath support
A nasal snot sucker (ew , i know)
A baby alarm (she will be sleeping in her nursery)

I feel very behind! I'm due April 11th and so far have a few outfits, some bottles, some bootees, a nappy bin, and yesterday we got our pram. A beautiful, immaculate, navy blue coach built vintage pram bargain off of eBay. I will need a stroller too (for practicality!) but for £50 I have the perfect pram and I am sat here admiring it now!

those of you due end of April

are you getting any sort of warmer clothes besides cardigan?

Will they need fleecy sleepsuits when going outside or anything like that?
Footmuff?
What are you planning to put baby to sleep in? We tought we will get sleeping bag TOG 1- 1.5 for 0-6m to bring us over the summer and then 6m and up TOG 2.5.

I am not bothering with footmuff just going to use blankets.
I have some thicker all in ones that have been given to me in-case it is an extremely cold Easter you never know in the UK.

I am planning to swaddle baby have cotton ones can always put blanket over top if needed then when she had enough of swaddle she will going into sleeping bag.
I think your plan with the tog system makes sense and it it extra cold you can always use a blanket.

I feel like I am slowly getting there with my stuff now, planning on breast feeding so only got a bottle a tub and cold water sterilising tablets just In case I need to use bottles. Not planning on getting a breast pump until breast feeing is established!

I have now got
All cloths also up to 12 months!!
2 x swaddle blankets
3 x sleeping bags different sizes
4 x blankets
1 bottle (need few more) tub for sterilising and tablets
2 x box of Breast pads

Johnson's gift box was an xmas present and different nappies from different places cotton wool wipes ect.
Moses basket we are receiving from a friend
Bassinet, travel cot and high chair given to us.

paint and rug for babys room.
Sheets for cot, crib and moses basket
Water proof protectors for all and for own bed
Bath and changing unit in one (don't have a bath so this is easier and space saving)

thermometer for rooms and taking babys temp and first aid kit.
ready made milk for emergency in case cant breast feed.

baby rattles/toys
