Nub/Skull Theory?

I haven't really done much research on either of these theories but interested to know more! Is there a good site people recommend before I go into the big wide world of Google?
Based on this here is my scan pic, any guesses please?

is the nub the thing under the babys leg?

The skyll theory is unproved. You can't really see a nub in that scan pic, I don't think the bit you pointed out is it.
