Uncomfortable :(

I have just had the worst night's "sleep" ever. Saw every hour. Massive bump now is very tight and hard to turn over in bed. Up at the loo 5 times. Heartburn. Sore hips. Am 34+2 with twins. It's only going to get worse isn't it? sob

Do the NICE guidelines apply in Scotland? Unfortunately can't change hospital, nearest one is Aberdeen (2.5 hours) or Perth (2 hours) x

I'm not sure ninja, I'll look into that today. X
