I am 18 weeks pregnant and feeling really guilty for all the chocolate and general festive food I've been eating constantly for the past month. I am normally a very healthy eater but for some reason I just went overboard this Christmas and was eating chocolates and things every day the whole of December (plus had a couple of afternoon teas during this time for work do's and friends etc). I am really worried I've harmed my baby somehow but made sure I've been taking my pregnancy supplements. Does everything you eat affect the baby?
