extreme pain I tummy button

Im almost 21wks with baby 2 I cant remember getting this pain with my daughter. Its sharp righting my belly button everytime I move cough sneeze anything like that, its so bloody painful but baby's OK I can feel him moving round alot ive been taking paracetamol regularly but it dont touch the sides I also have that PSD so have a belt and crutches when its really bad but this pain is just unreal. Anyone eyes get this and how long will it last its driving me crazy.

I used to get this, belly button cramp! Warm hot water bottle sometimes helped

Do you think it could be your muscles separating? I have this at the top of my bump and it's horrible.

Yea could be I just cant remember having this the 1st time round and she 17 months old its horrible

Can you feel a growth after sneezing/coughing? It could also be an umbilical hernia. They tend to be small but very painful.

No cant feel anything like that its just sharp it the most of the day will keep a check on it and talk to my midwife I seeker on the 15th
