Hemorrhoid so big it's blocking my bum

Another sexy pregnancy side effect. I had such severe constipation over Christmas I actually felt it pop out. I've taken stool softeners and laxatives.

It is an enormous pile and VERY painful. It's almost blocking the exit. 34 weeks now- do I wait this out or go see a Dr? TIA

as long as someone physically sees. ihppe you get some relief

I actually did go to A&E like a pitiful eejit, but I was hoping it was thrombosed and they'd cut it out or something! Instead I got anaesthetic gel and some names for GP, who prescribed lactulose and Proctosedyl ointment, both are helping massively. Also it sort of exploded and bled to buggery and it seems to have helped.

Thanks for listening to me whinge and don't suffer in silence!

Also I had to take a day off work. Fun conversation with my boss.
