I've seen these mentioned lots, someone will say they're 28+2 etc. Can someone tell me what that means please? x

28 weeks pregnant +2 days :)

28 +2 means they are 28 weeks and 2 days pregnant.

I'm 32+4 but would normally just say 32 and a half.

The first number is the number of weeks gestation, plus the second number which is the number of days.

You don't often need to be that precise, but it's generally a bit helpful as 28+1 and 28+6 are nearly a week apart.
