Lollies? Like ice lollies? Or chupa chups type lollies? Either way they're fine.
The current NHS guidance on foods to avoid is here. There's not actually much you have to give up.

OP are you from the southern hemisphere so by 'lollies' mean all sweets? (Over here in the UK it's something slightly different!).

Not aware of any guidance beyond normal 'too many mints are a laxative'!

I'm not aware that there are any you 'need' to avoid, so go on, it's Christmas!
