Tiger Balm/4head for headaches?

I'm about 5 weeks and been suffering from sore heads. I'm reluctant to take paracetamol and have been recommended to look at tiger balm or 4head. Has anyone used these and have they worked?

Also started throwing up yesterday. par for the course I suppose.

Paracetamol is safe to take. Unless you are allergic of course! It's the ibuprofen that you need to avoid.

And drink water of course. Hope your headache lifts soon and congrats Flowers

4head is really good.

4head is brilliant. I use it frequently as it seems to work faster than drugs.

I swear by tiger balm. It stops migraines developing for me.

Ohh never used tiger balm for headaches but am going skiing next week and usually use loads for muscle soreness- is it safe to use in pg then?? (Sorry to gate crash post!)

Was looking forward to the jacuzzi and steam room we have in hotel this year to relieve muscle aches but now pg obv won't be doing that so would be good to know if I can use!

I'd take paracetamol - it's safe and recommended. I know nothing about Tiger Balm or 4head and I my dr advised that if I can't find NHS advice saying a product safe then it's best to avoid it during pregnancy.
